Where do you find that much positive energy around you when you can be so positive, smile everyday and be so nice to others? “As much as I wish I could say that I am able to keep my cool and remain positive each and every day, I must admit, that I have my low points, too.  But over the years, (especially the last five years), I seem to be getting a better handle on keeping those low points few and far between.  (A lot of that is due to my daily meditations – 15 minute every morning after I wake up)”
